涉及桡骨远端关节面骨折的分类和治疗

目的　探讨涉及桡骨远端关节面骨折损伤的分类和治疗。方法　对４１７例涉及桡骨下关节面骨折进行分类，提出治疗依据和方法。结果　按照Ｔｈｏｍ ａｓ 标准８３％ 的患者功能恢复良好，Ｃ型骨折术后恢复较差，术后疼痛和骨关节病例的发生往往与关节的稳定性相关。结论　涉及桡骨远端关节面骨折分类方法和复位方式的选择，对达到复位标准，保持关节面平整和功能的恢复具有重要作用。

Classification and Treatment of Intra Articular Fracture of the Distal Aspect of the Radius

Objective To explore the classification and treatment of intra aticular fractures of the distal aspect of the radius. Methods Four hundrade and seventeen cases of intra articular fractures of the distal aspect of the radius were classified,and the injury mechanism was explored. Specifically through treatment of comminuted fractures and dislocation the treatment methods and data were suggested.Results According to Thomas criterion standard the joint functions restored well in 83 percent of the patients, but poorly in C type bone fracture and occurrence of pain osteoarthropathy usually concerned to the articular stability. Conclusion The choice of classification method and reduction patterns in the treatment of intra articular fractures is important for reaching reposition standard and maintaining smoothing of the articular plane and improving the articular functions.
