摘    要:在轴承套圈磨削加工中,磨削热损伤是困扰人们的一个典型问题。通过对轴承套圈磨削过程中表面层金相组织的变化、内外圈滚道残余应力的产生与分布的分析,找出磨削热损伤的形成机理,探讨预防磨削热损伤的方法。

Abstract:The grinding thermal damage is a typically frustrating issue in the course of grinding the beating rings. This paper attempts, through the analysis of the surface layer microstructure change of the rings in the course of grinding and of the creation and distribution of the residual stress on the races of the inner & outer rings, to find out the grinding thermal damage formation mechanism and further to probe into prevention against the grinding thermal damage.
