| 摘 要： | 信息技术与课程整合是教育教学改革的发展趋势，混合式教学模式下网络教学平台的构建与应用是提高教学质量和学生创新能力的关键。为实现网络教学平台上的课程教学、答疑辅导和实训创新等功能，从平台功能模块、网络资源建设、多层次实验教学、有效的激励和考核机制等方面进行设计。网络教学平台的建设形成“以教师为主导，以学生为主体”的教学模式，可以改变学生被动、懒惰的学习习惯，提高学生创新能力。

| Abstract: | The blend of course teaching and information technology is trend of reform of education and teaching.Construction and application of network teaching platform is the key to improve teaching quality and students′ innovative ability in blended teaching model.Platform function module，construction of network resources，multi-level experiment teaching，effective incentive and examination system were designed to realize the functions of course teaching，tutorial and answering questions and innovation/practice training on network teaching platform.Construction of network teaching platform reflected concept of“student-centered，teacher-led”，which can change students′ passive and lazy learning habits and improve them innovate ability. |
