| 摘 要： | 新中国成立60年来,我国留学教育经历了建国初期的留学苏联热、文革期间留学教育的中断、改革开放之初的公派留学到80年代末以来大众留学和新时期回国热的变迁历程。留学教育在充实留学生的生活和改变其命运的同时,也深深地记录着新中国社会变迁的历史脚步。建国60年来,留学教育在很大程度上影响着中国社会变革的价值取向,成为中国社会进步的推动力之一。
