桃红清血丸治疗气滞血瘀型白癜风的临床疗效观察

目的:观察用桃红清血丸治疗气滞血瘀型白癜风的临床疗效。方法:将入选的100例白癜风患者随机均分为试验组(服用桃红清血丸并外搽甲氧沙林溶液)和对照组(服用胱氨酸和维生素B6并外搽甲氧沙林溶液),疗程为3个月。治疗前、后检测肝肾功能和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD+4、CD+8。结果:试验组有效率、CD+4/CD+8差值与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者均未见不良反应,并且肝肾功能正常。结论:桃红清血丸治疗气滞血瘀型白癜风安全、有效,其机制可能与调节机体细胞免疫功能有关。

Efficacy Observation of Taohong Qingxue Pills in the Treatment of Qi Stagnancy and Blood Stasis Type Viti- ligo

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohong qingxue pills in the treatment of qi stagnancy and blood stasis type vitiligo. METHODS： 100 patients with vitiligo were randomized into trial group （50 cases took Taohong qingxue pills by orally and smeared with Methoxsalen solution for 3 months） and control group （50 cases took cystine and Vitamin B6 by orally and smeared with Methoxsalen solution for 3 months）. Liver and kidney functions and CD＋4, CD＋8 were determined before and after treatment. RESULTS： The effective rate and interpolation of CD＋4/CD＋8 of trial group were statistically significantly different from control group（P〈0.05）. And no adverse drug reaction was found in 2 groups and liver and kidney functions kept normal. CON- CLUSION： The results suggest that Taohong qingxue pills is safe and effective in the treatment of qi stagnancy and blood stasis type vitiligo, which possibly concerns with adjustment of the cell immunity function.
