| 摘 要： | 建立了使用快速溶剂萃取法(APLE)、气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)联用测定土壤标准物质中的有机氯农药的方法。该方法具有自动化程度高,萃取效率高、净化效果好、精密度好、分析快速等优点,适用于土壤中有机氯农药的日常检测工作。

| Abstract: | A method for determination of organochloride pesticides (OCPs) in soil by tandem GC-MS coupled with accelerated solvent extraction and rotary evaporation was established in this paper.This fast,accurate and highly automated method with good extraction rate and purification result is very applicable in daily soil analysis. |
