基层综合医院有效利用护理人力资源的实践与效果

摘    要:目的有效利用基层综合医院护理人力资源,使工作效率实现最大化。方法①重视护理人员外在要素的管理:合理配置、设立护理应急小组、灵活排班、按岗取酬、积极挖掘内部潜力;②重视护理人员内在要素的管理:严格人事聘用、重视培训、开展岗位竞争、加强人性化管理、健全激励机制。结果护理工作质量、病人对护理工作满意度、护士对人力资源配置满意度明显提高。结论加强对护理人员内、外在因素的管理.是保证护理质量、护理安全,提高护理服务的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effective utilization of nursing human resources in primary level general hospitals,and thereby to maximize work efficiency.Methods The following measures were carried out focused on the quantity and quality of nursing staff,such as rationally allocating nursing staff,setting up flexible nurse team to cope with the emergency,flexibly arranging nurse shift,allocating payment based on duties,motivating nurses' potentiality,making strict personnel appointment system,emphasizing on personnel training,practicing post competition,strengthening humanity management and improving encouragement system.Result This practice improved the quality of nursing,increased both patients' and nurses' satisfaction.Conclusion Strengthening the management of nursing human resources is the key point to ensure the quality and safety of nursing.
