| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区健康教育对控制高血压患者健康状况的影响。方法将200例高血压患者分为干预组和对照组,每组100例,组织一系列健康教育活动,对患者进行分级管理,并进行随访,对药物依从性、血压控制情况以及并发症发生率等进行研究。结果干预组患者收缩压在干预后明显下降,干预组患者收缩压较对照组明显减低(P<0.05);干预组和对照组患者药物依从性在干预后明显下降(P<0.05)。结论通过社区健康教育干预,高血压患者疾病控制情况得到良好改善,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore influnce of the community health education for control of hypertension patients health.Methods 200 cases with hypertension were divided into intervention group and control group,each group of 100 cases,organized a series of health education activities,carried out on the patient classification management,and revoverde on time,explored the drug compliance,blood pressure control and the complications,etc.Results The systolic pressure of intervention group were increased obviously and lower than the cntrol group(P < 0.05),the drug use adherence of the intervention group were lower than the control group.Conclusion Through the community health education intervention,hypertension disease control situation get good improvement,and is worth popularizing |
