滴虫性阴道炎的临床治疗方法观察

目的对滴虫性阴道炎的临床治疗方法进行探讨研究,分析其临床疗效。方法随机选取2008年12月～2011年12月于笔者所在单位接受诊治的124例滴虫性阴道炎患者,将其随机分为3组,A组41例患者采取奥硝唑阴道用药治疗,B组41例患者采取奥硝唑口服用药治疗,C组42例患者采取中西医联合用药治疗,对3种治疗方法的临床疗效和不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果通过比较发现A、B、C3组的总有效率别为60.98%、82.93%、97.62%,C组的有效率要明显高于B组和A组,B组的有效率要明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B、C3组的不良反应发生率分别为2.4%、7.3%、2.38%,三组的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医联合用药治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床效果显著,引起的不良反应少,具有一定的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of clinical treatment for trichomonas vaginitis

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of trichomonas vaginitis,and analysis the clinical curative effect.Methods Randomly 124 cases trichomonas vaginitis patients who accepted the diagnosis and treatment was selected in my healthy center from December 2008 to December 2011.They were randomly divided into three groups,Group A of 41 patients were treated by ornidazole vaginal drug therapy,group B 41 patients were treated by ornidazole oral drug therapy,group C of 42 patients were treated by combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of the three method were compared and analysised.Results By comparison,the total effective rate of group A,B and C respectively wad 60.98%,82.93%,and 97.62%,The efficient of Group C was obvious better than group B and A,and the efficient of group B was obvious better than group A.The differences wad of statistical significance(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of group A,B and C respectively was 2.4%,7.3%,and 2.38%,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine is remarkable to treat trichomonas vaginitis,with little adverse reactions,and has a certain safety,which is worth clinical application.
