双目视觉测量系统标定精度提高方法研究

摘    要:针对提高双目视觉测量系统的标定精度问题,介绍了双目线结构光视觉测量系统的构成和工作原理,分析了影响系统单幅测量精度的各种因素,提出了改善标定精度的方法。采用张氏标定法求解相机内参,用双相机固有的对极几何关系求解外参,二维标定靶选用150mm×150mm的黑白棋盘格。根据标定结果反求标定靶的对角线距离,用该距离来验证标定结果。实验表明,标定误差稳定在20μm,可以满足实用要求。

Abstract:For the improvement of calibration accuracy of the binocular vision system, the construction and theory of vision measurement system based on line-structured light are introduced. A variety of factors that influence system accuracy are considered comprehensively, and methods which can be used to perfect calibration accuracy are obtained according to experiment results. The intrinsic parameters are calculated using the calibrating method of Zhang-Zhenyou. The extrinsic parameters are acquired using the inherent epipolar geometry relationship of two cameras. The style of planar calibrating board is blackwhite chess grid with the size of 150 mm × 150 mm. The final experimental data indicates that system calibration accuracy stabilizes at 20 microns.
