高性能自适应浮阀塔板在催化裂化装置上的应用

摘    要:在实验室研究的基础上,对固阀和浮阀相集成的高性能自适应浮阀(HAVTH)塔板在催化裂化装置吸收塔、解吸塔中的工业应用进行了研究。结果表明,装置改造达到了设计要求并具有较大的操作弹性,提高了处理能力,为该塔板在更大范围内的推广应用提供了工程基础。

Abstract:A new high-powered self-adaptive valve (HAVTH) tray integrated the high performance of fixed-valve tray and float-valve tray was developed and introduced. Based on the lab experimental results, HAVTH tray was used in the absorber and desorption tower of a fluid catalytic cracking unit successfully. The application results showed that the revamping well met the design target,the operation was flexible and the throughput could be increased, which provides good engineering experiences for the further commercial application of HAVTH tray.
