| 摘 要： | 为分析板带热连轧机组机架强度,给轧机改造提供技术依据,采用了有限元方法来确定机架最大主应力部位与主应力方向,并采用电阻应变测量法对选定最大主应力的部位进行实际轧制过程中动态应力的测定,两者分析结果基本吻合,机架强度基本符合要求。

| Abstract: | In order to offer the technique reference to reform rolling mill,the strength of hot strip mill stands was analyzed.The finite-element method was adopted to determine the position and direction of the principal stress of stands,and the resistance strain gauge method was used to determine dynamic principal stress of stands.The results of both methods are almost same.The strength of stands is fit for design standard. |
