摘    要:<正>行矿15#煤层透气性差,瓦斯压力高。轨道下山II段煤巷施工钻孔过程发生喷孔、夹钻等动力现象,抽采效果不佳。在掘进工作面迎头设置爆破孔,两帮设置抽采孔进行深孔预裂爆破后,煤层透气性系数增加,瓦斯抽采浓度和纯量明显提高,消除了煤层突出危险,实现了煤巷快速安全掘进。

Abstract:With low permeability and pressurized gas,coal seam No.15 in Zhenghang mine cannot achieve desired effects in gas extraction due to the occurrence of dynamic phenomena in track down II,including spray holes and clip drills.However,when blasting holes are directly set on the wall during drilling and deep-hole pre-split blasting is conducted with gas extraction holes placed parallel to the blasting holes,the permeability of coal seams is enhanced and gas is extracted with higher concentration and purity,this eliminates hazards in the seams and ensures safe and fast drilling in the tunnel.
