| 摘 要： | 我国多数高校法学专业的培养目标是应用型法律人才。应用型法律人才必须具备较强的口头表达能力,而口头表达能力的训练必须结合法学专业本身的特点,通过专门的法律演讲与口才课进行。法律演讲与口才课应从课程性质、培养目标、开设学期和学时、理论和实践教学内容、教学方法和手段、考核方式以及教材选择等方面进行具体的构建和设计。
