摘    要:我们开发了一个新的综合性创新型实验。实验中通过重氮化和耦合反应合成无机离子显色剂7-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉,阐述了该显色剂与铜进行显色反应时的研究方法及内容,探讨了有机化学综合性实验7-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉的合成及与铜(Ⅱ)离子的显色反应的可行性及必要性。

Abstract:A new comprehensive and creative experiment is developed, in which synthesis inorganic ion chromogenic agent 7-(4-Antipyringlazo)-8-Hydroxyquinoline is produced by diazotization-coupling reaction. It also elaborates the contents and methods of color development reaction between Copper and this spectrophotometric reagent and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the experiment of synthesizing 7- (4-Antipyringlazo)-8-Hydroxyquinoline and the color development reaction with Copper (Ⅱ).
