冷轧工艺润滑、冷却、清洗剂的粘度研究

摘    要:采用物理蒸发、粘度仪测定粘度和气相色谱仪测定碳数的方法,研究冷轧工艺润滑、冷却、清洗剂(简称工艺润滑剂)基础油碳数分布及其挥发量和添加剂、液压油加入(混入)量对粘度的影响。结果表明:随着挥发时间和挥发量的增加粘度上升。在同一种基础油中低碳链组分优先挥发。随着添加剂和液压油加入(混入)量的增加粘度上升。

Abstract:The research on impact of distribution of carbon value of base oil of roll coolant and its volatile quantity and the proportion of additive and hydraulic oil in roll coolant on viscosity has been performed,by means of physical evaporation,measuring viscosity (using viscosity meter),and measuring distribution of carbon value (using gas chromatograph meter).The results indicate that the viscosity rising with increasing in volatilization quantity and volatilization time,and that component of low carbon chain volatilizes preferentially in the same base oil,and that the viscosity rising with increasing of additive and hydraulic oil proportion in rolling coolant.
