网络互动式健康教育对子宫全切患者性生活质量的影响

目的探讨网络互动式健康教育对子宫全切患者性生活质量的影响。方法将86例患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组和观察组采用健康教育讲座对患者进行教育,观察组除参加健康教育讲座外,还采取网上互动方式,每周3次,共72次。于干预前及干预后6个月评估两组性生活质量。结果干预后观察组在中国女性性生活质量问卷及女性性功能指数的评分均显著高于对照组(p<0.01),观察组参与网络互动式健康教育的积极性高于参与健康教育讲座;观察组参与健康教育讲座的积极性高于对照组。结论网络互动方式能有效地促进患者参与健康教育的积极性,利于子宫全切患者性生活质量的改善。

THE INFLUENCE OF NETWORK INTERACTIVE HEALTH EDUCATION ON THE QUALITY OF SEX LIFE AMONG HYSTERECTOMY PATIENTS

Objective To explore the influence of network interactive health education on the quality of sex life among hysterectomy patients. Methods 86 patients were evenly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table. Both groups attended health education seminars,while the observation group was involved in the interactive health education on the internet three times per week（ 72 times in total）.The quality of sex life in both groups was assessed before the intervention and in the 6 months after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the observation group had significantly higher scores in questionnaires about the quality of sex life among Chinese women and female sexual function index than those of the control group（ p 0. 01）.Patients in the observation group preferred the online health education to the health education seminars,while they more actively participate in health education seminars than those in the control group. Conclusion Interactive health education network can promote patients to involve themselves in the health education,and this has a beneficial effect on the improvement of the quality of sex life among hysterectomy patients.
