营养环境与人群营养素摄入水平的相关性

摘    要:完善了营养环境的概念及指标,提出可以用线性规划建立的数学模型计算营养环境的指标,即由该模型得出的营养素的理论达标率和营养素的边际成本。用天津1989年的营养素的理论达标率和1988年天津人群的营养素实际达标率进行线性回归分析,得出回归方程:实际达标率(%)Y=15.15(%)+0.788X(X为理论达标率,%),其相关性显著(R=0.986,P<0.001);还发现天津营养环境中脂肪、动物性蛋白质的边际成本大于零。讨论了上述方程的意义,营养环境与营养干预的关系。认为,改善食物的营养素含量、降低价格、增加营养素含量丰富的食物品种的营养干预措施,效果较好。

RESEARCH ON RELATIVITY BETWEEN TIANJIN NUTRITION ENVIRONMENT AND POPULATIONS INTAKE LEVEL OF NUTRIENTS
Abstract:The paper perfected the concept and indicators of nutrition environment, raising that these indicatiors could be worked out by the presented linear programming mathematical model. They included the theoretical standard reaching rate of nutrients in the optimum food pattern and the fringe cost of nutrients in a certain area. A regression analysis was conducted between the theoretical standard reaching rates of nutrients and those rates gained from a survey in Tianjin in 1988. The regression equation was: Y=15.15(%)+0.788X(Y was the actual standard raching rate and X was the theoretical standard reaching rate of nutrients). The realtivity was significant (R=0.986,P<0.001). In the meantime, it was also found that the fringe coats of fat and animal protein were larger than zero. The meaning of the equation was discussed in detail. Results indicated that the nutrition environment in Tianjin in the late 1980s, at least, accounted for 83.87 percent of the populations total intake of nutrients. The paper gave a reasonable explanation to the fact that the fringe cost of nutrients could be used to assess and predicted the situation of populations intake of nutrients, and pointed out that Tianjin population would increase the intake of fat and animal protein according to the conditions of the fringe costs of these two nutrients. The relationship between nutrition environment and nutriton intervention was also discussed and the effect of the nutrition intervention influencing the environment was considered better than that having little influence on it.
