老年女性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病临床特点分析

目的探讨老年女性冠心病患者冠状动脉病变的影像特点及发病的危险因素与临床症状分析。方法将2006—2009年经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病的60岁以上老年女性、老年男性与非老年女性患者，对其冠状动脉造影资料、危险因素与临床症状进行分析研究。结果老年女性冠心病与老年男性无差别，病变以双支、三支病变为主，血管病变类型以B、C型为主；老年女性、男性两组危险因素除吸烟外，高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症均无统计学意义，但临床症状老年女性不典型；而非老年女性冠心病血管病变以单支、双支为主，类型以A、B型为主有明显的统计学意义；危险因素吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症等均无统计学意义，临床症状老年女性与非老年女性一样不典型。结论老年女性冠状动脉病变以双支、三支病变为主，类型以B、C型为主，非老年女性冠心病血管病变以单支、双支为主，类型以A、B型为主；影响老年女性冠状动脉病变危险因素与老年男性相似，老年女性与非老年女性临床症状均不典型。

The anlysis of clinical features in old women with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease
