浅析工程项目竣工结算管理

通过对目前工程项目竣工结算存在的问题及成因分析,结合工程项目管理的实践经验,从项目招投标及合同管理、现场管理、结算审核管理角度,对工程竣工结算的各个环节进行控制,进而达到对工程项目建设投资的有效控制,提高工程竣工结算的真实性、准确性,最大限度的反映出建筑安装工程的实际成本。

On management of accounts settlement for completed project

Through analyses of present problems and its causes in the settlement of completed project,and in combination with the practical experience of engineering project management,each process of the project completion settlement were controlled from project tendering,contract management,site management to settlement audit management,in order that the investment of project construction could be effectively controlled,the validity and the accuracy for project completion settlement could be improved,thus the actual costs of the building installation project were reflected to a maximum extent.
