摘    要:胜利油田河口采油厂陈家庄薄层稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐开发中存在的主要问题有:热采防砂有效期短,层薄、净总比低,热损失严重。针对以上问题,采油厂进行了提高薄层稠油热采效果配套工艺技术研究,取得了显著效果。开展了薄层稠油热采防砂新工艺模式的研究及应用,有效延长了防砂有效期;开展了油溶性降黏剂+CO2+蒸汽的复合吞吐工艺的研究及应用,优化了CO2注入强度以及油溶性降黏剂的注入量和浓度,有效提高了蒸汽在薄层稠油油藏的波及体积,同时也有效补充了地层能量;开展了薄层稠油水平井配套技术的研究,优化了水平井注汽参数,研究应用了均匀注汽管柱,现场应用取得了显著效果。

Abstract:There are some problems existent in production of steam huff and puff of Chenjiazhuang thin heavy oil reservoir, such as short thermal sand control life, low pure gross ratio and the severe heat loss. Regarding these problems, special technologies were studied to improve the thermal efficiency of thin heavy oil reservoir. The new technology of thermal sand control can prolong sand control life, the compound huff and puff technology of oil soluble viscosity reducer, CO2 and steam can optimize CO2 injected intensity and the injection rate and density of oil soluble thinner, improve the swept volume of steam in thin heavy oil reservoir, and effectively compensate formation energy. Meanwhile, the matching technologies of horizontal well in thin heavy oil reservoir were studied, and injection steam parameters of horizontal well were optimized and balanced steam injection string was applied. These technologies were applied in production of steam huff and puff of Chenjiazhuang thin heavy oil reservoir and outstanding increase production effect was obtained.
