曲线焊缝差厚拼焊板冲压性能研究

摘    要:目前对于曲线焊缝拼焊板的研究和应用还比较少,对其成形规律还不清楚。文章通过曲线焊缝拼焊板的半球胀形试验及有限元仿真,得出相对于其他类型曲线焊缝拼焊板而言,圆弧焊缝拼焊板有较好的冲压性能的结论;并探索了圆弧焊缝拼焊板的焊缝半径与焊缝移动和成形高度之间的关系,导出了相关的数学表达式,为生产实际提供了理论指导。

Abstract:The research and application of Tailor-welded blanks with curvilinear-weld-line is relatively few and its forming regularity is indistinct in this field. Through forming the physical dome test models and finite element method (FEM) models of dome forming with different curvilinear-weld-line, the results show that the curved-weld-line owns better stamping capability compared with other curvilinear-weld-line. Base on farther analysis, got the regularity of the curved-weld-line movement and dome height are obtained. To testify the rule of the theory and the FEM, an experiment was carried out and correlative equations have been created. By these, the engineers of the automobile industry can use the results of the dome forming study in order to direct the production.
