反井技术在采区煤仓施工中的应用研究

摘    要:结合陈四楼煤矿北八采区煤仓上口为支护完好的硐室、下口为支护完好的放矸硐室的施工条件,选择采用反井钻机法开凿导孔施工。应用表明,该方法提高了机械化程度,掘进工效提高2倍,缩短施工周期,加快了采区煤仓施工速度,为类似条件煤仓施工提供了相关的经验。

Abstract:Combined with Chensilou Mine north No. 8 mining area coal bunker upper was chamber with good support, lower was waste rock chamber with good support, reverse well drilling method digging hole construction was adopted. The application showed that the technology improved the degree of mechanization, tunneling efficiency increased 2 times, shortened the construction period, speeded up the mining area coal bunker construction speed, which provided the relevant experience for coal bunker construction under similar conditions.
