井下火药库除湿技术研究及应用

摘    要:井下火药库岩壁温度低于空气露点温度,引起壁面结露,有大量凝结水析出,造成井下火药库长期处于潮湿及雾气弥漫的环境中,对火工产品及工作人员的身心健康有较大的影响。为解决此问题,邢台矿成功研发了矿用隔爆型等温除湿系统,实现了等温除湿,火药库无结露现象,达到了预期的目标。

Abstract:The underground powder magazine wall temperature was lower than the air dew point temperature, caused wall condensation, a large number of water precipitation came out, which made the powder magazine in a humid and foggy environment, had a great influence fire products and staff's physical and mental health. In order to solve this problem, Xingtai Mine successfully developed mining flameproof isothermal dehumidification system, realized the isothermal dehumidification, powder magazine without condensation phenomenon, which reached the expected goal.
