摘    要:以二苯甲酮和氯乙酸乙酯为起始原料,通过3步反应制得二苯基乙醛:首先,二苯甲酮与氯乙酸乙酯在氢化钠作用下,反应温度〈20℃,制得3,3-二苯基-2,3-环氧丙酸乙酯;然后,在甲醇钠作用下,反应温度〈20℃水解制得3,3-二苯基-2,3-环氧丙酸钠;最后,在盐酸水溶液中回流脱羧制得二苯基乙醛。3步反应总收率为83.1%。

Abstract:2,2-Diphenyl acetaldehyde was synthesized in three steps from benzophenone and ethyl 2-ehloroaeetate. Firs4 the intermediate, 3,3- dipheny1-2,3-epoxy ethyl propionate was obtained from benzophenane and ethyl 2-ehloroaeetate when sodium hydride was used and the reaction temperature was below 20℃. Then the intermediate was hydrolysised with sodium methanolato to form 3,3- diphenyl 2,3-epoxy propionie acid sodium under 20℃. Final 2,2-diphenylaeetaldehyde was obtained via deearboxylation and reflux in hydrochloric acid aqueous solution. The total yield was 83.1%.
