摘    要:弧形筛的筛分效果直接影响最终产品的质量、产率以及筛下水的后续处理。邢台矿选煤厂为取得良好的使用效果,从筛分效率、平均分配误差及总错配物含量等方面,对击打弧形筛和新型的ISB智能振网弧形筛进行了比较。结果表明,智能振网弧形筛具有更好的筛分效果。

Abstract:Arc sieve sieve effect directly affected the quality of the final product, yield and the subsequent processing screen launching. In order to achieve good using effect, Coal Preparation Plant of Xingtai Mine compared strike arc sieve with new type of intelligent vibration mesh sieve bend ISB from Screening efficiency, distribution of average error and total mismatch content, etc. The results showed that the intelligent network of vibration sieve bend had better screening effect.
