煤化工行业高含盐废水处理及多效蒸发结晶技术的应用

摘    要:煤化工生产中产生的高盐废水,一般作为清洁下水直接排放,而近年来不仅仅要对其达标排放,还要最大限度地对其回收利用。简述了目前处理煤化工行业高含盐废水的方法(电解法、离子交换法、膜分离法、生物处理法和多效蒸发结晶脱盐法),重点介绍了多效蒸发结晶脱盐法及其应用。提出多效蒸发结晶脱盐法具有技术成熟、可处理废水范围广、占地面积小、处理速度快、节能等优点,在处理煤化工高含盐废水上具有较大的发展前景。

Abstract:High salt wastewater produced by coal chemical production is usually discharged directly as clean water,but in recent years,not only is required to meet the discharge standard,but also should be recycled as much as possible.Present treatment methods of coal chemical industry wastewater with high salt were briefly described, which were electrolytic process,ion exchange, membrane separation method,biological treatment method,multi-effect evaporation and crystallization desalination method.The multi-effect evaporation and crystal desalination method and its application were introduced emphatically.It was pointed out that the multi-effect evaporation and crystal desalination method has the advantages of mature technology, being used to treat wide range of wastewater, small footprint,fast processing speed and energy saving etc., so it has great prospects in the treatment of high salt wastewater in coal chemical industry.
