摘    要:等螺旋角刀具的容屑槽分布在一条空间等螺旋角圆锥螺旋线上 ,在数控机床上铣槽和刃磨可以大大提高精度及效率。本文提出了一种加工此类曲线的实时插补算法 ,这种方法计算简单、结果精确 ,满足数控加工的需要。

Abstract:The helical groove of taper cutting tools with equal helix angle distributes on a band of space taper helical curve. The efficiency and accuracy can be increased remarkably when machining this kind of cutting tools with NC machines. An interpolation method for machining this curve is presented. The mew method is simple and accurate and can also satisfy the NC machining need.
