摘    要:采用SR型单晶硅片作为原材料,对钝化发射极背面接触(Passivated emitter and rear cell,PERC)工艺和普通单晶生产工艺中各步骤所得硅片的弯曲力学性能进行对比。结果表明,PERC工艺各步骤均对硅片的弹性模量和抗弯强度产生了明显影响,而普通工艺中只是印刷和烧结影响严重;通过对最终生产的电池片进行比较,PERC工艺的弹性模量较高,即在外力作用下不容易变形;普通单晶工艺电池片的抗弯强度较高,从而使电池片能承受较大的载荷。通过改变PERC工艺的不同条件发现,在PERC工艺中改变背场形式和改变激光开槽方向均可以提高电池片的抗弯强度,并且激光图形间断的电池片的抗弯强度高于激光图形连续的电池片。

Influence of different process on bending mechanical properties of solar cells
Abstract:The monocrystalline silicon of SR type was used as raw material.The bending mechanical properties of each step were compared through efficient (PERC) and common production technology,respectively.The results show that the effect of each step through PERC process on the elastic modulus and bending strength of silicon wafer is obvious and the effect of printing and sintering through common process is serious.The elastic modulus of the cell through PERC process is higher,which means the deformation of the cell is not easy under external force.The bending strength of the cell through common process is higher,so the cell can bear larger load.It can be found by comparing the different conditions of the PERC process that the bending strength of the cell could be improved through changing the form of back and the direction of laser,the bending strength of the cell with discontinuous laser graphic is higher than continuous laser graphic.
