基于特征的工艺生成方法的研究

摘    要:零件特征模型在CAD/CAPP系统的集成中有着重要的作用。本文首先简介了特征的定义和分类 ,然后探讨了零件特征模型的建立方式和零件信息分层表示模型 ,并在UGII环境下利用其二次开发工具UG/OPEN ,采用特征识别和特征造型相结合的混合建模方式 ,建立了零件特征模型。最后 ,在所建立的零件特征模型的基础之上 ,采用逆向决策原则 ,进行特征工艺路线和零件工艺路线的生成。

Abstract:Feature based part model plays an important role in the integration of CAD and CAPP. Firstly, this paper introduces the definition and classification of features and brings forward a constructing approach for feature based part model and hierarchical representation of part information, which are instantiated by an information model of a shaft part which is represented by UG/OPEN SDK of UGII software. At last,by means of inverse decision making principle,a process route of features and parts are generated on the base of feature based part model.
