湖北某硅镁质磷矿倍半氧化物工艺矿相研究

摘    要:对湖北某中低品位硅镁质磷块岩进行了研究,测定出了矿石的化学成分、各组分的赋存状态、倍半氧化物矿物的嵌布特征及其单体解离度。研究结果表明:Fe2O3主要以铁碳质矿物存在,Al2O3主要赋存于云母粘土类矿物中,以分散状嵌布于磷块岩中。磨矿细度在0.01~0.02mm粒级范围内时铁碳质矿物、云母粘土类矿物单体解离较好。

Abstract:The technological mineralography of simatic phosphate ores at medium and low grade in Hubei was studied by measuring its chemical compositions,occurrence state,grain size,embedded feature of sesquioxide minerals and monomer dissociation degree.The results show that Fe2O3 exists mainly as ferric-carbonaceous mineral,Al2O3 mainly occur in micaceous clay mineral,embedded in phosphate rocks in a scatter way.When grinding fineness is 0.01~0.02 mm,the ferric-carbonaceous mineral and the micaceous clay mineral have a better dissociation.
