疾控中心某所党务干部调查及问题对策分析

目的分析党务干部队伍建设中存在的问题并提出解决对策。方法本次调查选取2019年3-5月疾控中心某所党务干部为对象,通过发放问卷调查和访谈的形式,系统调查党务干部自身基本情况、党务工作取得的成效、党务干部队伍建设问题与不足及党务干部的职业发展规划,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果党务干部自身素质较高,对目前党建工作意义、成效认识明确,渴望获得更好地职业发展。但现有岗位机制存在局限性,对党务干部个人发展和队伍建设造成一定阻碍。结论针对党务干部队伍建设中仍存在的部分党务干部党建意识模糊、党务工作能力不足、激励机制及考核评价机制不健全的问题,本文提出了相应的对策与建议,从而充分发挥党务干部队伍在党建和业务工作的重要作用,加强党务干部队伍建设。

Investigation of party cadres and analysis of problems and countermeasures in a institute of CDC

Objective To analyze the problems existing in the construction of party cadres and puts forward countermeasures. Methods In this survey,party cadres of a institute of CDC from March to May 2019 were selected as the objects,through the form of questionnaire and interview,the basic situation of the party cadres,the achievements of the party work,the problems and deficiencies in the construction of the party cadres and the career development plan of the party cadres were systematically investigated,and the survey results were statistically analyzed. Results Party cadres had high quality,a clear understanding of the significance and effectiveness of the current party building work and were eager to obtain better career development. However,the existing post mechanism had limitations,which had caused certain obstacles to the personal development and the team construction of party cadres. Conclusion In view of the problems existing in the construction of the party cadres’ team,such as the vague awareness of the party building awareness of some party cadres,the insufficient ability of party affairs work,the imperfect incentive mechanism and assessment and evaluation mechanism,this paper put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to give full play to the important role of the party cadres in party construction and business work,and strengthen the construction of the party cadres.
