上三角肘杆式压力机主驱动机构的运动学分析

摘    要:针对压力机主驱动机构的运动特性,提出了一种上三角肘杆式压力机主驱动机构。根据该机构的工作原理,建立了上三角肘杆式主驱动机构的工作原理示意图和仿真模型,根据各连杆的几何关系,运用机械系统运动学分析软件ADAMS依次对连杆1~7进行了运动学仿真计算,得到了肘杆机构的所有杆件在不同杆长条件下对应的位移、速度和加速度的变化曲线。获得了上三角肘杆机构各个杆长的运动特征,分析了每个连杆对主驱动机构工作状态的影响,揭示了上三角肘杆式压力机主驱动机构在工作过程中的运动规律,为实际工况下确定机构参数提供理论依据,为后续更深入和详细的进行肘杆机构的研究奠定了一定基础。

Abstract:Aiming at the kinematics characteristics of the main drive mechanism of the pressure machine, a triangular toggle rod main driving mechanism of the pressure machine was proposed.According to the working principle of the mechanism, the working principle schematic diagram and simulation model of the triangular toggle rod main driving mechanism were established.According to the geometric relations between connecting rods, the kinematic simulation of connecting rods 1-7 was performed in sequence by kinematics analysis software ADAMS.The curves of displacement, velocity and acceleration of connecting rod with different length were obtained.The motion characteristics of each rod with different lengths were obtained, the influence of each connecting rod on the working state of the main driving mechanism was analyzed, the motion law of the main driving mechanism of pressure machine was revealed.The study provides a theoretical basis for determining the parameters of the mechanism under actual working conditions, and lays a foundation for more in-depth and detailed research on the toggle rod mechanism.
