肿瘤标志物检测在胃癌早期筛查中价值

目的探讨血清癌胚抗原（carcinoma embryonic antigen，CEA）、糖链抗原（carbohydrate antigen，CA）19—9、CA15—3及CA72—4检测在胃癌早期诊断中的意义。方法采用电化学发光法检测102例胃癌患者（胃癌组）、96例胃良性病变（胃良性病变组）及90例体检健康者（对照组）血清CEA、CA199、CA15-3及CA72—4阳性表达率，并进行比较。结果胃癌组血清CEA、CA19—9、CA15-3及CA72—4阳性率较胃良性病变组及对照组明显增高（P〈0．05）；4项肿瘤标志物联合检测阳性表达率随肿瘤分期升高而增高（P〈0．05）。结论4项肿瘤标志物联合检测对胃癌早期诊断筛查有一定价值。

Clinical value of tumor markers detection to the early diagnosis of gastric cancer

Objective To explore the clinical significance of carcinoma embryonic antigen （CEA）, carbohydrate antigen （CA） 19-9, CA15-3 and CA72-4 in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods The positive rates of serum CEA, CA19-9, CA15-3 and CA72-4 were detected with electrochemiluminescence immunoassay in 102 patients with gastric cancer （cancer group）, 96 patients with benign gastric lesions （benign group） and 90 healthy volunteers （control group）. Results The positive rates of serum CEA, CA19-9, CA15 3 and CA72-4 were higher in cancer group than those in benign group and control group （P 〉0. 05）, and increased when the clinical stages of cancer became higher （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The detection of CEA, CA19 9, CA15-3 and CA72-4 has value to the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
