| 摘 要： | 介绍了未遂事故的概念、特点和重要意义，就做好未遂事故报告的基础管理工作提出了要建立畅通的信息报告渠道和规定统一的报告格式，对未遂事故报告要重点做好分析汇总和答复工作，通过对未遂事故报告的分级共享来提高全员的安全意识。
