| 摘 要： | 目的 PCR技术应用于阴道念珠菌株的检测是一种快速、准确、有效的检测方法.方法 收集阴道分泌物样本100例进行PCR法检测.结果 白色念株菌检出率为42%,高于克柔念珠菌和光滑念珠菌检出率.结论 应用PCR方法检测念珠菌株是一种更加简便理想的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To apply PCR technology for a rapid,accurate and effective detection of Cadidas in women.Method One hundred of vaginal secretion specimens were cultured on CHROMagar media and detect by PCR.Result Positive rate of PCR detections for Candidas is 42%.Conclusion PCR technology is a more perfect and easy detection. |
