摘    要:为方便重合器和电压-时间型分段器配合馈线自动化系统的应用,研究其参数整定问题,提出了配电网的分层模型。以故障判定过程中任何时刻只能有1台分段开关合闸为原则,论述了分段开关的X-时限的整定方法和手拉手环状配电网的联络开关XL-时限的整定方法。以各个联络开关具有相同的XL-时限为基本多分段多联络配电网的联络开关XL-时限的整定原则,论述了扩展多分段多联络开关XL-时限的整定方法。实例表明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:To facilitate the application of feeder automation based on mutual coordination of recloser with voltage-time type of sectionalizer and research the parameter setting of such feeder automation system,a hierarchical model of distribution network is proposed.Under the condition that at any moment during the procedure of fault detection there is only one sectionalizer being switched on,the setting method for X-time limit of sectionalizer and that for XL-time limit of interconnection switch in looped distribution network are expounded.As the setting principle of interconnection switches in basic multi-section multi-interconnected distribution network that all interconnection switches possess same XL-time limit,the setting method for the XL-time limits of interconnection switches in expanded multi-section multi-interconnected distribution network is also researched.The case study result of each given setting method shows that these methods are feasible.
