基于双目视觉技术的工件重定位问题的研究

摘    要:介绍了如何利用双目视觉测量技术来解决工件的重定位问题。由双目空间定位系统获得标志点的空间坐标。通过一系列的计算得出工件到达正确的定位位置所需的旋转量和平移量,并将结果显示在计算机屏幕上,现场操作人员可根据提示对工件的位置进行有针对性地调整,从而实现在线指导重新定位。该项技术不仅可提高生产效率、节省人力,而且对于提高加工精度度产品合格率、降低生产成本都将具有重大意义。

Abstract:The paper introduces how to apply the bi-eye visual measurement technique to resolve the re-orientation of the workpiece. The dimen- sional coordinates of the marking point is obtained by the bi-eye dimensional orientation system, the required rotation and translation quantum for the workpiece to reach the correct orientation station is deduced by a series of calculation, then the results show on the com- puter screen, according to which, the spot operator could makes cor- responding adjustment to the workpiece station, thus real-time guid- ance to the re-orientation of the workpiece could be realized. This technique not only increases the production efficiency and save manpower, but has significance for increasing the manufacturing pre- cision and the qualification ratio of the product and cutting down the production cost.
