摘    要:烧结耗能占整个钢铁厂能源消耗的13%左右,而生产过程中影响烧结生产耗能的主要因素很多,其中混合料性能就是影响燃料比和产量的一个最重要的环节,通过几种改善混合料性能的措施,燃料比降低了0.5%,最终达到了节能的效果.

Abstract:The sintered energy consumption is 13% of the whole cost in steel plant,there are many factors that influence the energy consumption,while the most important is the mixture properties,with some measures that improve mixture properties,fuel ratio decreases by 0.5%,which reaches the outcome of energy consumption at last.
