螺旋CT颅底区域扫描参数的比较分析

摘    要:目的 优化颅底区骨及脑组织螺旋CT扫描及成像参数。方法 对42例疑颅底区病变患者分别行1mm,3mm,5mm层厚螺旋CT扫描,改变扫描及成像参数,以对颞骨内细微结构如听小骨或骨病显示的清晰度及颅底区域脑组织及其病变显示清晰度为标准,分析扫描和成像参数与成像质量的关系。结果 用1mm层厚,小扫描野,0.2mm骨重建,只能非常清晰地显示骨组织及其病变,用3mm层厚,适当增加管电压及照射量,一次扫描,再以1mm间隔,分别以骨和标准算法重建,以骨窗和脑窗显示,能分别清晰显示骨和脑组织及其病变。5mm层厚扫描只能较清晰显示脑组织及病变。结论 颅底区螺旋CT扫描用3mm层厚扫描及成像参数组合的成像质量最佳,可用它来代替常规5mm层厚的扫描技术。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the parameters of scanning or imaging the floor of brain. Methods When head was scanned in collimation of 1mm, 3mm and 5mm. some parameters were changed. As a rule that temporal structures and brain in the floor was viewed clearly, we analyzed relations between some kinds of parameter and imaging quality. Results Bone was clearly viewed in 1mm collimation, small scanning field of volume (SFOV) and 0.2mm bone reconstruction. When the head was scanned in 3mm collimation, high kV and mAs, and standard reconstruction of 1mm interval, bone and brain were clearly viewed perspectively. When it was scanned in collimation of 5mm, only brain was viewed. Conclusion 3mm collimation and other parameters is optimal in the floor scanning.
