莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗胃肠功能紊乱

目的：探讨促胃肠动力药莫沙必利与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片合用对胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法：将胃肠功能紊乱患者70例分为A、B两组,分别给予促胃肠动力药莫沙必利加氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片或单纯给予促胃肠动力药莫沙必利口服。结果：莫沙必利加氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片与单纯给予莫沙必利治疗胃肠功能紊乱疗效比较,差异有统计学意义。莫沙必利加氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片能明显改善症状,而另一组症状改善不如联合用药组。结论：莫沙必利与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合是治疗胃肠功能紊乱的一种较好方案。

Clinical research on gastrointestinal disorders treated by mosapride combination with flupentixol and melitracen tablets

Objective：To investigate the effect of treatment for gastroenteroathy using mosapride and flupentixol and melitracen tablets. Methods：Gastrointestinal disorders, 70 patients were divided into A, B groups,which were given oral gas-trointestinal motility drug mosapride and flupentixol and melitracen tablets or simle gastrointestinal motility drug mosapride. Results：The differences in efficacy was significant with gastrointestinal motility drug mosapride and flupentixol and melitracen tablets or simple gastrointestinal motility drug mosapride. The mosaride and flupentixol and melitracen tablets could significantly improve symtoms. Another group of symtoms inferior to the combination group. Conclusion：It is a good program to treat gastroenteroathy using mosapride combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets.
