县级医院儿科门诊分诊护士的重要性研究

目的：为避免门诊患者院内交叉感染发生和及时分流救治,提高儿科门诊的工作效率,更好服务患者。方法：设置专人对儿科患者进行初检分诊,并比较未设置与已设置儿科门诊分诊护士的满意度。结果：未设置专人分诊儿科患者及家属满意度为76%,设置专人分诊后儿科患者及家属满意度提高为96%。结论：设置专人分诊,密切观察患儿的病情;对急诊患者能及时就诊;对传染病患儿及时隔离,防治交叉感染发生;缩短了普通患者的就诊时间,提高了门诊分诊的护理质量。

The import of pediatric clinic nurses in county hospitals

Objective To avoid the cross-infection in outpatient,timely triage,improve pediatric clinic efciency,and better serve patients. Methods Setting the pediatric clinic nurses and accurate check points in early diagnosis,and comparing the satisfaction of patient pediatric with and without clinic nurses.Results There is 76% satisfaction without pediatric clinic nurses,and 96% satisfaction with pediatric clinic nurses. Conclusion Setting pediatric clinic nurses and observing of children＇s illness;It is timely treatment of emergency patients and in time isolate children with communicable diseases,which is usefull to prevente and control cross-infection,shorten the patient＇s doctor of ordinary time and improve the quality of care in County Hospitals.
