基于主成分分析的建筑业细分产业竞争力动态水平研究

摘    要:以建筑业的四个细分产业为研究对象,选取代表生产能力、生产规模和效益的 15 个技术经济指标,运用主成分分析法对 2002~2013 年包括土木工程建筑业、房屋建筑业、建筑安装业与建筑装饰业的四个建筑业细分产业竞争力动态水平进行综合评价。结果表明,土木工程建筑业排在首位,表明其动态竞争力水平较强,房屋建筑业位居第二,建筑安装业和建筑装饰业动态竞争力整体水平较弱;该情况表明:建筑业细分产业竞争力水平存在很大差异,阶梯状过于明显,影响建筑业整体水平发展;应明确发展方向,调整产业结构,提高产业竞争力水平。

Abstract:Based on the construction of the four subdivision industry as the research object,select on behalf of the productioncapacity,production scale and efficiency of 15 technical and economic indicators,using principal component analysis to 2002-2013,including building construction,civil engineering construction,construction and installation industry and construction industrycompetitiveness dynamic level segment architectural decoration industry in comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the civilengineering construction in the first place,shows that the dynamic competitive level is stronger,housing industry ranked second,construction and installation industry and building decoration industry overall level of dynamic competitiveness is weak;Thissituation shows that construction level of subdivision industry competitiveness is put in very big difference,stairs is too obvious,affecting the overall level of the construction industry development. Should be clear development direction,adjust the industrialstructure,improve the level of industrial competitiveness.
