工程总承包背景下 BIM 技术在装配式建筑工程中的应用研究

摘    要:BIM 技术和装配式建筑的结合,成为我国建筑行业当下的热点和未来的趋势,与国外相比,装配式建筑在我国处于初级阶段,发展面临许多制约因素。在分析我国预制装配式建筑 BIM 应用现状的基础上,对装配式建筑和传统建筑进行对比分析,总结 EPC 工程总承包模式下 BIM 技术在装配式建筑的设计、预制构件生产和现场装配施工 3 个阶段的应用价值。并以某 PC 住宅项目为例,重点介绍 BIM 技术在其施工阶段的具体应用,通过场地布置、碰撞检查、吊装模拟以及管线综合等 BIM 技术,实现施工阶段项目进度、成本和质量的精细化管理,以期为 BIM 技术推动装配式建筑的发展提供参考

Abstract:The combination of BIM technology and prefabricated building has become the current hot spot and future trend of theconstruction industry in China. Compared with other countries,the prefabricated building is in its initial stage, and thus thedevelopment of prefabrication technique is facing many constraints. Based on an analysis of current applications of BIM in China’sprefabricated buildings,this paper summaries the value of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the prefabricated building underEPC mode,with a particular focus on building design,component manufacturing,and the onsite assembly process. By using a PCresidential building as an example, this study summarizes BIM applications in the site layout,collision detection,lifting simulationand pipeline synthesis. The findings of this study provide a solid reference of BIM technology in the efficient management of theprefabricated buildings in China.
