| 摘 要： | 公民权的内容历来受到各国政治制度设计者的重视,通过公民权及其相关范畴,可以透视法治国家宪政思想的源流与走势,彰显国家政治过程、政治制度的合法性和开明程度。公民权,作为与国家权力相对应的范畴,不仅与一个国家的政治过程运行的起点与归宿始终息息相关,而且对政治秩序的形成、社会正义的实现有着直接的影响。因此,关于公民权的理论与实证化研究具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Civic right is very important to everyone.All n ations in the world pay more attention to civic right,and take perfect designs in Constitutio n.With analysis of the means and orig in of civic right,we can know the rela-tions between nation' s power and civic right well,and understan d the natures of constitutionalism thoughts and trends in the future.If we want to ach ieve the rule -run country,civic rig ht must be highly promoted,and c an be got in an effective way.On the other hand,civic right also affects the o rd er of political and social justice.S o It is necessary to study civic right deeply. |
