综合护理干预对食管癌患者同步放化疗的影响

目的探讨同步放化疗的食管癌患者综合护理干预的方法及效果。方法将100例食管癌患者，随机分为干预组（50例）与对照组（50例）。干预组治疗期间通过评估患者的个人需求、心理过程、不良反应等为患者提供支持与护理干预；对照组接受传统护理模式。观察两组患者治疗期间生活质量的变化及不良反应的发生情况。结果干预组生活质量明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），且放化疗重度不良反应比对照组有明显减轻（P〈0．05），所有患者在对症、支持治疗下均顺利完成放化疗；而对照组因放化疗毒副反应中断治疗者6例，影响了同步放化疗疗效。结论对于食管癌行同步放化疗的患者，有效的护理干预能预防和降低放化疗的不良反应，有效提高患者生活质量。

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Concurrent Chemo-radiotherapy in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

Objective To explore the method and effect of nursing intervention on concurrent chemo-radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 100 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into intervention group（50 cases） and control group（50 cases）. During the intervention group treatment for patients by assessing the patient＇s individual needs, mental process, adverse reactions such as the provision of support and care interventions;control group received traditional care model. The quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were observed. Results The quality of life in the control group was significantly higher than that in the intervention group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the severe adverse effects of concur- rent chemo-radiotherapy in the control group have significantly reduced compared with the intervention group （P 〈 0.05 ）, all pa- tients had completed the concurrent chemo-radiation in symptomatic and supportive treatment;while 6 cases of the control group discontinued treatment due to the side-effect of radiation and chemotherapy, which affected the therapeutic effect of concurrent chemo-radiotherapy. Conclusion For the patients with esophageal cancer underwent concurrent chemo-radiotherapy, effective nursing intervention can prevent and reduce the adverse effects of concurrent chemo-radiotherapy, and effectively improve the patient＇ s quality of life.
