再生涤纶DTY的可加工性研究

摘    要:根据涤纶织物前处理和染整过程中要经受干热、湿热处理以及酸、碱、氧化剂、还原剂等化学试剂处理,选取合适的处理温度、时间及化学试剂浓度等对物理法再生涤纶DTY、化学法再生涤纶DTY与原生涤纶DTY进行处理,并对处理前后涤纶DTY的力学性能及结晶度进行比较。结果表明:处理后的再生涤纶DTY与原生涤纶DTY的力学性能变化趋势相同,且在同等处理条件下纤维断裂强度始终是原生涤纶DTY大于化学法再生涤纶DTY大于物理法再生涤纶DTY,断裂伸长率始终是物理法再生涤纶DTY大于原生涤纶DTY大于化学法再生涤纶DTY;再生涤纶DTY的干热处理温度应控制在160℃以内,湿热处理对其力学性能影响较小;高温浓酸处理易使再生涤纶DTY的断裂强度下降、断裂伸长率增加,高温浓碱处理易使其力学性能急剧下降;经氧化剂、还原剂处理之后,再生涤纶DTY的断裂强度与断裂伸长率均呈现下降趋势,但变化不大;经200℃、30min的干热处理或100℃、30 min的湿热处理后,3种涤纶DTY的结晶度趋于一致,酸、碱和氧化剂处理对纤维结晶度影响不大,而经5 g/L的还原剂处理后,纤维结晶度急剧下降。

Abstract:Polyester fabric is supposed to undergo to the dry heat,wet heat,acid,alkali,oxidant and reducing agent treatments that in the process of pretreatment and dyeing and finishing.The appropriate treatment temperature and time and chemical agent concentration were decided to treat the physically and chemically recycled polyester DTY and virgin polyester DTY.And the mechanical properties and crystallinity of the polyester DTY were compared before and after treatment.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the recycled polyester DTY had the same variation trend as those of the virgin polyester DTY,and under the same treatment conditions,the breaking strength was always in the order of virgin polyester DTY,chemically recycled polyester DTY and physically recycled polyester DTY and the elongation at break always in the order of physically recycled polyester DTY,virgin polyester DTY,chemically recycled DTY from high to low;the dry heat treatment temperature of recycled polyester DTY should be controlled below 160℃,and the wet heat treatment had a little effect on the mechanical properties;high temperature concentrated acid treatment can easily reduce the breaking strength of recycled polyester DTY and raise the elongation at break while high temperature concentrated alkali treatment can sharply decrease the mechanical properties;the breaking strength and elongation at break of recycled polyester DTY showed a weak downward trend after treatment with oxidant and reducing agent;the crystallinity of the three kinds of polyester DTY tended to be the same after dry heat treatment at 200℃for 30 min or wet heat treatment at 100℃for 30 min;and acid,alkali and oxidant treatments had no significant effect on the crystallinity of polyester DTY,but the crystallinity decreased sharply after 5 g/L reducing agent treatment.
