| 摘 要： | 通过使用UG／open系列的UG二次开发工具，以直齿圆柱齿轮的参数化设计为例，研究构建UG的零件库的新方法。在分析了标准渐开线直齿轮设计模型的基础上，建立了直齿齿轮的三维参数化模型，并编写程序实现参数化设计，简化了齿轮建模过程，提高了效率，丰富了零件建模方法。

| Abstract: | The new method of creating accessory collection, taking the parameter design of straighttoothed spur gear as example, by using UG/open serials tools were researched.In the basement of having analyzed in the standard involution spur gear design model foundation, three dimensional parameterization model of the straight tooth gear was established. The performance procedure was introduced. The procedure was compiled. The gear modeled process was sumplified. The efficiency was enhanced. The components model method was enriched. |
