建筑能效测评体系初探

本文以大力发展节能型居住和公共建筑,缓解我国社会普遍存在的能源短缺与社会经济发展矛盾,落实国家推行的建筑能效测评制度,切实将《国家建筑能效标示测评导则》所制定的原则推广应用到实际测评中为指导原则,对建筑能效测评体系进行了初步分析,阐述了建筑能效测评软件开发过程及测试流程,以达到降低能耗、节约能源的目的。为重庆市建筑能效管理树立典范,促进重庆市建筑节能产业发展水平。

Preliminary Study on Building Energy Efficiency Evaluation System

Taking the aim of constructing energy-saving residences and public buildings to ease the problem of developing society and economy while lacking energy,the implementation of the state building energy efficiency evaluation system and the principles of State Guidelines for Building Efficiency Label Evaluation as guiding principle,） the author gives a preliminary analysis of building energy efficiency evaluation system.Apart from that,the development process and the evaluation procedure of software for building efficiency evaluation are also introduced,in a bid to reduce energy consumption,hammer out a model for the building energy efficiency management and promote the development of the building energy efficiency industry in Chongqing.
