解毒养营汤治疗病毒性心肌炎38例临床研究

目的:观察解毒养营汤治疗病毒性心肌炎临床疗效。方法:将76例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各38例,治疗组以解毒养营汤合用常规西药治疗,对照组以常规西药治疗。10天为1个疗程,连续3个疗程。观察治疗前后临床疗效、主要症状与体征以及血浆心肌酶谱的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为92.10%和71.05%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组主要症状及体征改善情况明显优于对照组(P0.01);治疗组心肌酶谱下降优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:解毒养营汤合用常规西药治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效优于单纯常规西药治疗。

Clinical Observation of Using Jiedu Yangying Decoction to Treat 38 Cases of Viral Myocarditis

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Jiedu Yangying Decoction in treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods： 76 cases of viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, with 38 cases in each group, Jiedu Yangying Decoction were used in the treatment group concomitance with regular chemical medicines, while the controlled group were given regular chemical medicines. After 3 therapy circles with lO days a circle, to observe clinical efficacy, major symp- toms and signs, myocardial enzyme level after treatment. Results： The Treatment group has much more efficiency compared with the controlled group （P 〈 0. 05） , as total efficient rate was 92. 10% in the treatment group while it was 71.05% in the con- trolled group; the treatment group has greater efficiency compared with the controlled group on progress of major symptoms and signs （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the treatment group had more efficacy on reduction of myocarditis enzyme level compared with the controlled group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Jiedu Yangying Decoction concomitant with regular chemistry medicine has better effective than regular chemistry medicine on treating viral myocarditis.
